Is this a No Win No Fee service?

Making a no win no fee claim is a civil and legal right. We support this fully. If you do not win your case, you do not need to pay your no win no fee solicitor a fee.

Will I receive 100% compensation?

This is a completely free service provided on behalf of WardGethin Solicitors. All of our costs are recovered from the insurance company of the other party. We do not make deductions from your compensation.

How much compensation will I get?

We always fight for our clients to receive the maximum possible compensation for their particular set of circumstances. To get an estimation of how much compensation you could receive, you can use the Claims Calculator.

How long will my claim take, when will I get my compensation?

Each case is different. In cases where the responsible party has admitted liability, we will be able to offer more accurate advice on when your claim is likely to be settled. In general, claims can take from 12-36 months to settle.

Is there a time limit when making a personal injury compensation claim?

Following an accident or the diagnosis of a work-related illness, you generally have 3 years to make a claim. There are exceptions to this rule; if in doubt, get in touch and we can let you know for sure.

Will anyone visit me at home to help me fill in the paperwork for my claim?

If you have been injured then we will send out one of our qualified solicitors (or legal executives) to assist you filling in any forms that you need to progress your case, these visits are at no cost to you and we can arrange a time and place convenient for you.

Do you take on non-UK motorcycle accident claims?

Whilst we are happy to offer you free advice and much of the information on our site is UK-biased, it is very difficult to offer and cover specific legal advice for all countries as the law differs greatly. For example US laws differ from state-to-state. As a rule of thumb if you are a UK resident then we can probably help, otherwise we recommend you contact a UK solicitor that has an office in the jurisdiction in question.

What other services can you provide?

As well as claiming for your personal injuries, we can also assist you to recover the cost of repairing damage to your motorbike (as well as providing you with a hire replacement) and any other belongings that were damaged, you are also entitled to claim if you lost money as a result of taking time off work following your accident. That’s not all; we can also recover the cost of rehabilitation following your accident, such as physiotherapy sessions or any medications you may need to take to help you recover from your injuries.

We can also assist with a motorcycle dealer warranty dispute/claim, will writing and probate services, family and employment law issues, debt recovery, notary services etc, we aim to offer all services you would expect to find at a solicitor.
